RULES

1. You must claim your celebrity if you want to use it. That celeb is yours and no one else may use the celeb.

2. I'm not allowing anyone to use their own pictures for their character. I hate it when this happens... and yeah.

3. If anyone would like to use the same celeb someone already has, PM them and ask their permission. If you have different hair color or something, I don't care. You must always ask the person permission before trying to take their celeb. If that person has been absent for a while, PM me and I'll decide if you can have the celeb.

4. Only twins/triplets may use the same celeb without having to ask the other permission. That is, unless they don't even know about you being their twin... heh.

5. If you claim a celeb, use them! Go request a graphic or something! You must use the celeb. If I see that you're graphic place is still empty after a while, I'll cancel you out of here and allow someone else to have their celeb.

6. Don't claim your celeb then take off to never return. I'll allow someone else to use your celeb if you haven't been on for 2-3 weeks without notice. There's always a shortage of celebs and I don't want you using one.

7. You must also be approved before having your celeb added. I over viewed that a couple times before, but that shall not happen again.

8. If you die, your celebrity will be available for anyone to use.
